Canceling Your Order

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation Eligibility

• Orders can only be cancelled prior to being processed.
• Once an order has been processed and you have received notification of shipping, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@woolywoofactory.ca . Include your order number and any relevant details. We will make every effort to accommodate your request before the order is processed.

3. After Processing

If your order has already been processed or shipped, please refer to our refund policy for information on returns and refunds.
